We had a family over for F.H.E. and their son put on Danny's armor and took the sword and started hitting the treadmill. He got a couple good wackes and then broke the sword. His mother was mortified and I told her it was no big deal. I had already used boxing tape around the hilt. So, we were in Target and saw a new set of armor made of soft plastic, sword with a sheath and a non-viking helmet (which is what we currently have) for $10 we just had to get it. He couldn't wait to get it on. I was waiting for him to say, "By the Power of Grayskull."
