Me and my Family

Right before going on vacation with Justin's family, my Mom, Marta and I went with Gretchen to the Washington D.C. temple. We had such a wonderful time. When we got home Alex had made a delicioso (As Danny would say) delicious dinner.

Just as a side note, Danny is really into speaking Spanish right now. Thank you Handy Manny. Unfortunately I don't remember a lot of Spanish but my basic conversational skills seem adequate. He only knows a couple words like Danada, PorFavor and Delicioso. Danny made up a new word. Deliocioso is his favorite word so when I told him that Milk in Spanish was leche he said it was Delecheoso. I though that was really cleaver. I hope you all check out this youtube video. Being with my momn, brother and sisters was so much fun, especially since Marta was on a "happy pill" and she was so exhausted and slap happy. One of the benefits of Marta coming was that she brought Maizy with her. At first, Danny almost seemed scared to hold her. He was definately curious but it took some encouragement to get him to touch her. My reaction to Maizy was surprising. I was worried that I woud be upset and not want to hold her but quite the opposite was true. I enjoyed holding her and although it hurt a little bit I felt really happy and at peace.
