Our ornament from Greece was the only one that we had on our tree. Our tree made it and our angel but no ornaments and lights. So, Danny and I made paper chains and salt dough ornaments, shell ornaments, a couple given to me by friends, and I got some silver ornaments from IKEA. Since then I have slowly added a couple that I bought. There is this women's organization called Sew Perfect that sells ornaments and other cross stitch work. They are women from Indonesia that are the sole providers for their family and they make these for their living. 90% of the profits go to them and the other 10% goes back into supplies. I don't like the shell ornaments that we made. I think I will bring only a couple home. Danny and I had a great time making the salt dough ornaments. I remember making them with Mom in 1982. I still have some of mine left.
